Throughout my work, I listen, inquire and offer insights to help you on your therapeutic journey.

Holding a Masters in Psychological Therapies, my understanding has grown from a professional space of learning where mental health is placed at the forefront. I have experience with a variety of therapy types all while collaborating with clients sensitively. I am a BACP (British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy) therapist with a passion for understanding mental health issues in-depth. I am dedicated to using my awareness of mental health, understanding of therapeutic interventions and passion for helping people to create an environment which is helpful to you.
Having worked in mental health, across private, public and charity sectors, for over ten years, my understanding of how to provide the type of support that’s needed is refined. I’ve counselled loss, stress and identity issues, forging ways forward that work for each separate situation. With practice, I’ve learnt to be responsive, listening to clients and offering advice that’s relevant to them.
Setting is important in making sure you feel ready and able to open up and talk about how you’re feeling. Coming to me means coming to a space you can depend on. For private counselling, I offer online and in-person sessions, supporting your aims in ways that are accessible in an environment that suits you.
